Ilona is a New Jersey based Registered Dietitian. Her clinical experience includes work in hospitals and outpatient nutrition center. Her specialties include, but are not limited to cardiovascular, renal diseases, diabetes, weight management, oncology, nutrition support, gastrointestinal diseases, and vegetarian/vegan dietary practices. She has been very successful in establishing an excellent rapport with clients of all ages and has been able to help them reach their goals.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from MSU with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics, Ilona went on to New York University and completed Masters of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition, and NYU Dietetic Internship Program with residency at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Ilona has non-traditional approach to counseling clients. Instead of focusing on “dieting”, she will guide you towards a wholesome relationship with food that will improve your health. She personalizes every session to meet your specific needs and provides the tools for sustainable changes that will last a lifetime. Her goal is to customize a viable solution that will work for YOU!

Ilona’s passion for nutrition extends into all areas of her busy life. She is an avid cook who enjoys creating recipes and trying new ingredients and preparation techniques. She enjoys yoga, reading, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
